Welcome to 37 Cliff Street, Whitby

Church Street, WhitbyWhitby is a picturesque fishing town on the East coast of North Yorkshire, England.

Once the home town of Captain James Cook, it is popular with historians, walkers and families alike - a holiday destination which truly has something for everyone!

Steeped in heritage, the old part of the town is characterised by narrow cobbled streets and quirky curio shops and is watched over by St Mary’s Church and Whitby's 13th Century Abbey, rising high above on the cliff tops.

Whitby BeachIn contrast, Whitby’s West Cliff boasts an extensive ‘Blue Flag’ beach, award winning restaurants and the chance to sample some good old fashioned fish and chips or Yorkshire tea.

37 Cliff Street is a family-owned cottage situated on a narrow, quiet street halfway down the cliff on the west side of Whitby harbour. It enjoys stunning views across the harbour to the abbey, and is within close walking distance of the shops and main beach. It is available for rent on a self catering basis between March and October.
